Hi we checked out at 9.45 am even though clocks went forward so we feel like we was robbed of an hour as if we wanted to stay an extra hour it would cost us £170 we had a few issues. Cheap uncomfortable beds 1 that was taped up on the base Camp beds not very good for grown adults. 1 bed was a pull out sofa bed to sleep 2 adults. 2 of our ladies went home Saturday night as beds were far to uncomfortable. Taps in bathroom loose. Hot tub wasn’t very clean an only1 side of the jets in the hot tub worked. Jacuzzi bath in main bedroom didn’t work a plug wouldn’t come out. House wasn’t very clean and think we left it cleaner than when we Arrived we had to clean ovens before using them. Hoover didn’t work it was all blocked up. For what we paid for the house we did expect better. Regards Mrs Kavanagh
